Job summary

Nebius, a leading cloud infrastructure innovator, seeks a Senior Public Affairs Specialist for France to lead government relations and policy strategy. Based in Paris with nationwide travel, you will engage Elysee, Matignon, ministries and regional authorities, shaping the public affairs program to support Nebius’ investment and infrastructure priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in public affairs or related external relations roles.
• Experience engaging with national and regional government bodies in France.
• Ability to connect political strategy with infrastructure delivery and community engagement.
• Sector experience in technology, AI, cloud infrastructure, data centers or regulated infra.
• Excellent political judgment, discretion and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strategic judgment, political acumen and ability to align public affairs with business objectives.
• Strong relationship-building and coalition leadership with diverse actors.
• Ownership and execution across end-to-end policy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• National government engagement: support Nebius’ public affairs strategy and engage with ministers, senior officials and parliamentarians.
• Regional and local engagement: drive activity with Hauts-de-France and Béthune authorities and regional partners.
• Infrastructure and regulatory support: monitor developments and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Strategic advocacy and coalition building: develop positions and coalitions with industry and think tanks.
• Executive advice and internal alignment: provide concise briefings and coordinate with internal teams.
