Job summary

Cohere Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead customer-facing programs for France and Europe’s public sector and defence accounts, bridging frontier AI capabilities with government needs.

You will coordinate with Strategic Customer, AML, FDE, Platform, Product, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver secure, compliant deployments, while navigating procurement, security reviews, and data sovereignty.

Qualifications

6+ years in customer-facing technical or engineering program management.
Experience with government or defense customers and regulatory requirements.
Ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts for non-technical leaders.
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical program delivery for public sector and defence customers in Europe.
Act as primary technical program lead and advisor for government engagements.
Navigate security, data sovereignty, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage procurement processes.
Present roadmaps and status updates to senior stakeholders.
