Givaudan is seeking a Senior Research/Technology Associate to advance fragrance microencapsulation technologies within the Fragrance Science & Technology team. You will independently design and run lab experiments, analyze results, and translate findings into scalable solutions for industrial implementation.

Qualifications

• Master’s or engineering degree with 2+ years of industrial R&D in polymers/materials.
• Experience with industrialization or process scale-up is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and strong data management skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, execute, document projects on fragrance microencapsulation from lab to pilot/production.
• Develop and optimize polymer/biopolymer systems with targeted properties.
• Develop and optimize characterization methods for encapsulation systems and materials.
• Support scale-up and industrial transfer from lab to production.
• Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and communicate conclusions.
• Perform literature reviews and monitor polymer science trends.
• Maintain safe, compliant lab per EHS standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and IP creation.
