Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 8+ years of experience in fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG, chemical or related industries.
• Strong PM and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead product and process development, optimization, and industrialization projects.
• Support manufacturing scale-up and technology transfer activities.
• Drive troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage technical projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to automation, digitalization, and sustainability initiatives.
