Givaudan in Argenteuil seeks a Senior Creative Fragrance Manager to collaborate with Perfumers, Marketing, CMI and Creative Centers to develop winning fragrance solutions and olfactory strategies for customers across categories and markets.

You will translate insights into olfactory guidelines, drive fragrance development and support business growth with strong consumer understanding and project leadership. This role requires passion for fragrance and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• 10+ years of experience in the fragrance industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex and global projects.
• Strong understanding of market trends, product categories and customer expectations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop olfactive strategies for clients, brands and categories, guiding Perfumery teams accordingly.
• Manage and execute multiple complex briefs and deliver fragrance recommendations aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Coordinate regional and global fragrance development projects.
• Translate CMI insights and results into clear olfactory guidelines for Perfumers.
• Contribute to proactive fragrance creation and innovation initiatives.
