Mantle8 is seeking a Financial Controller to own FP&A and contrôle de gestion across the TopCo and SPVs. You’ll partner with the Funding Manager and upcoming Finance Director, ensuring timely monthly closes and reliable data for investors.

The role demands strong analytical discipline, an entrepreneurial mindset, and experience in a fast-growing team. Based in the French Alps, it offers a CDI and exposure to high-impact financial operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in FP&A and management control.
• Experience building budgets and reforecasts for TopCo + SPVs.
• Experience with cash-flow forecasting and runway projections.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; professional French for interfacing with external firms.

Responsabilités

• Build annual budget and reforecasts for TopCo and SPVs; analyze budget vs actuals.
• Develop cash-flow forecasts and runway projections for execs and investors.
• Monitor treasury positions; coordinate with external accounting firm for payments and close calendar.
• Track analytical accounting by project, department and technology.
• Prepare financial data for CIR and grant/subsidy applications.
• Deploy and improve financial tools and reporting (Power BI); streamline workflows.
• Interface between accounting firm and operational teams.
• Support fundraising processes and investor reporting with the Funding Manager.
