Résumé du poste

ALBRIDGE - Executive Search client is a European leader and one of the world’s top 5 generalist CDMOs in pharmaceutical manufacturing. We are seeking an FP&A Senior Controller to join the Group finance team, reporting directly to the Deputy CFO.

You will be the go-to person for the Group's financial performance — producing, consolidating, and analyzing the figures that inform strategic and operational decisions at the highest level.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
  • 8+ years in FP&A, Financial Controlling, or Audit — ideally in an industrial or multi-site environment.
  • Hands-on ERP and EPM tools experience (SAP, Tagetik, Hyperion, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel; PowerPoint and data visualization skills are a plus.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Rigorous, autonomous, and comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communicator, at ease with Executive Committee members and external auditors.
  • Pragmatic and results-oriented — someone who challenges the status quo rather than just reporting on it.

Responsabilités

  • Monitor Group P&L, Capex, and Cash performance, and prepare financial presentations for senior management, the Executive Committee, and shareholders on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Prepare monthly operational reporting — Purchasing, Capex, strategic KPIs.
  • Analyze actuals vs. budget and forecast, and explain the variances that matter.
  • Improve the reliability and automation of reporting tools and processes.
  • Run the annual budget process and periodic re-forecasts with Clusters and site finance teams.
  • Consolidate financial data, quality-check it, and challenge the assumptions coming from the business.
  • Build and maintain financial models for budget prep and scenario analysis.
  • Act as one of the administrators of the Group's EPM tool (Tagetik).
  • Help drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies.

Description du poste

Our client is a European leader and one of the world's top 5 generalist CDMOs in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

We're looking for an FP&A Senior Controller to join the Group finance team, reporting directly to the Deputy CFO.

The role

You'll be the go-to person for the Group's financial performance — producing, consolidating, and analyzing the figures that inform strategic and operational decisions at the highest level.

You'll act as a real business partner to operational and functional teams, and you'll be the one making sure reporting, budgets, forecasts, and management information are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.

What that looks like day to day
  • Monitor Group P&L, Capex, and Cash performance, and prepare financial presentations for senior management, the Executive Committee, and shareholders on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
What we're looking for
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
  • 8+ years in FP&A, Financial Controlling, or Audit — ideally in an industrial or multi-site environment.
