papernest is seeking an experienced Financial Controller/FP&A professional to own overhead tracking and headcount controlling, with a focus on G&A spend and P&L analysis. You will partner with HR and leadership, manage budgets, and mentor a finance intern. The role is highly operational with a strategic reporting layer.

Based in Paris, you will contribute to resource allocation across geographies and business units, ensuring accurate spend visibility and timely month-end close.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Financial Controlling, FP&A or Audit (Big 4).
• Experience budgeting, managing OPEX, headcount, and centralized costs.
• Mentoring interns or juniors is a plus; autonomy is required.

Responsabilités

• Headcount & payroll cost budgeting, tracking, and forecasting.
• G&A spend budgeting, tracking, and forecasting across geographies.
• Month-end close coordination for OPEX allocations and reporting.
• Consolidated P&L analysis and monthly management reporting.
