Job summary

ANINE BING is seeking a senior Accounting Manager to join our Paris-based Finance team. You will own end-to-end accounts payable and general accounting operations across France, the UK, the US and other EU markets, leading a small team and partnering with operations to scale our international footprint.

Reporting to the Accounting & Tax Director, this hybrid role includes one remote day per week, with a focus on ERP improvements, AP automation, and strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years leading a team in an international, multi-entity environment.
• Hands-on accounting with strong close-cycle experience (AP and general ledger).
• Fluent English; French is a strong asset.
• Experience with Finance × IT initiatives (ERP rollouts, AP automation, expense management tools).
• Genuine business partner mindset with cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounts payable across all directly‑managed entities.
• Lead general accounting operations: journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, intercompany.
• Manage and develop a team of three (AP Accountant, General Accountant, Intern).
• Partner with the Accounting & Tax Director on policies, controls and process improvements.
• Lead Finance × IT initiatives within scope (AP automation, ERP improvements).
• Support statutory audits and tax filings for all entities.
• Act as a true business partner to Operations, Procurement, Retail and HQ.
