Job summary

Currie & Brown is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fit-out projects, coordinating design, procurement and construction across multiple sites. The role involves close collaboration with clients, designers, contractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with project goals.

The ideal candidate has strong project management, communication and reporting skills, with experience in design, fit-out or refurbishment projects.

Qualifications

• Project delivery experience in construction or built environment.
• Experience managing design, fit-out, refurbishment or construction projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good technical writing and reporting capability.
• Proactive and organised approach to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Lead in managing design and construction phases of multi-site fit-out projects.
• Coordinate project activities through design, procurement and construction stages.
• Work closely with client, property, FM and security stakeholders.
• Lead coordination of customer fit-out designs against project requirements and site constraints.
• Deliver projects and commissions to agreed objectives and deadlines.
• Maintain effective communication between stakeholders to support delivery.
• Assist with commercial and financial project management activities.
• Monitor project risks, issues and programme requirements.
• Ensure outputs are delivered accurately and on time.
• Provide project and cost management support to team and leaders.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
