Job summary

Agilité is recruiting an experienced project manager to join its French team, delivering high-end commercial interiors and fit-out projects across France and wider Europe. This is a senior, highly operational role with full responsibility for projects from early pre-construction through to handover.

The PM will represent Agilité on site and with clients, taking ownership of technical, financial, contractual, safety and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in a demanding construction or fit-out environment and general contractor background.
• Experience delivering office, retail or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Fluency in French and English; strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction involvement, assess feasibility and delivery strategy.
• Manage project delivery from mobilisation to handover and OPR.
• Oversee financial and contractual management, forecasting, and variation control.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors; lead meetings.
• Ensure HQSE compliance and embed safety across planning and execution.
• Develop teams, support training, and drive a culture of accountability.
