Job summary

Agilité is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join its French team, delivering high-end commercial interiors and fit-out projects across France and wider Europe. This is a senior, highly operational role with full responsibility for projects from early pre-construction through to handover.

The Project Manager will represent Agilité on site and with clients, taking ownership of technical, financial, contractual, safety and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' proven experience in construction or fit-out.
• Strong commercial awareness and contractual understanding.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Ability to lead complex projects in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Involves pre-construction and tender involvement with feasibility and delivery strategy.
• Owns fit-out projects from mobilisation to handover and manages procurement and planning.
• Oversees financial and contractual management to ensure delivery within budget.
• Represents Agilité on site and with clients, coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
• Ensures HQSE compliance and embeds health and safety in planning and execution.
• Communicates project information clearly and tracks performance against KPIs.
• Leads and develops the project team, promoting collaboration and delivery focus.
