Job summary

Currie & Brown is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-site design and fit-out initiatives. You will collaborate with clients, designers and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Project delivery experience within construction or built environment.
  • Experience managing design, fit-out, refurbishment or construction projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent technical writing and reporting capabilities.
  • Proactive and organized approach to project delivery.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of project controls.
  • Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Building Surveying or related field.
  • Experience of fit-out projects.
  • Experience in education sector projects.
  • Experience across multiple project locations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Lead in managing design and construction phases of multi-site fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate project activities through design, procurement and construction stages.
  • Work closely with client, property, FM and security stakeholders.
  • Lead coordination of customer fit-out designs against project requirements and site constraints.
  • Deliver projects and professional assignments to agreed objectives and deadlines.
  • Take a proactive role in setting priorities and driving project performance.
  • Maintain effective communication between stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
  • Assist with commercial and financial project management activities.
  • Monitor project risks, issues and programme requirements.
  • Ensure all outputs are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Provide project and cost management support to team and service leaders.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
  • Represent Currie & Brown professionally at meetings, workshops and reviews.

What you'll do

As part of our project delivery team, you will:

What we're looking for
