Powens seeks a Senior Product Manager to bridge strategic vision with hands-on execution, reporting to the CPTO and guiding multiple squads. You will shape the product scope at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, building a high-performing team and mentoring Product Owners.

You will lead with data-driven discovery, foster agile delivery, and partner with Revenue, CSM, and Engineering to ensure value delivery across markets in Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, especially Fintech SaaS or banking.
• 2+ years managing other product professionals.
• Strong software development methods and prioritization frameworks.
• Analytical, organized, data-driven with high-pressure clarity.
• Excellent English and French communication; Spanish is a plus.
• Pragmatic, results-oriented, and adaptable in uncertain environments.

Responsabilités

• Define a clear 1-2 year product roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Lead and mentor Product Owners and Product Managers across squads.
• Drive product discovery with customer interviews and data analysis.
• Ensure agile prioritization and backlog management with release quality.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Engineering, and Integration teams.
• Support go-to-market efforts with value propositions and training.
