SimCorp, a leading fintech in Paris, seeks a world‑class Product Manager to own the private markets platform. You will translate complex workflows for institutional investors into intuitive software, shape the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and go‑to‑market teams to deliver high‑impact features.

You will engage with clients and leadership to set priorities, drive outcomes, and explore AI opportunities while balancing regulatory and market dynamics across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, fintech or B2B SaaS.
• Experience with private markets workflows and investor-facing features.
• Proven track record delivering user-loved features that drive business results.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for executives and clients.
• Comfort with data analysis and dashboarding to support decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own product strategy and execution with engineering, aligning roadmap to business goals.
• Define and evolve the private markets platform roadmap with stakeholders.
• Be the main contact for private markets, coordinating internal and external teams.
• Prioritize backlog with leadership, balancing debt and value-driven bets.
• Interview users, shadow workflows, and translate feedback into specs.
• Write precise specs and collaborate with design/engineering to ship features.
• Define success metrics and communicate outcomes to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into workflows.
• Engage with clients to gather input for user stories and acceptance criteria.
