Powens, a European Open Finance partner, seeks a Senior Product Manager to bridge strategy and execution. You will lead a product area, manage multiple squads and Product Owners, and mentor talent to deliver features with tangible business value.

Reporting to the CPTO, you will foster data-driven discovery, maintain a high-performing team, and ensure alignment with stakeholders while driving a culture of excellence across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, specifically within Fintech SaaS or banking environments.
• At least 2 years of proven experience managing other product professionals.
• Strong mastery of software development methodologies and prioritization frameworks.
• Track record of implementing tooling and processes to measure team performance.
• Excellent communication in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Vision and Roadmap: define a 1–2 year roadmap aligned with stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: directly manage Product Owners/Managers and drive KPIs.
• Product Discovery and User Insight: understand customer behavior and identify pain points.
• Operational Excellence: support POs to manage backlogs and ensure quality releases.
• Stakeholder Synergy: connect squads with Revenue, CSM, Engineering, and Integrations.
• Go-to-Market Support: assist Revenue and Marketing with messages and training.
