Swan is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy and roadmaps for a key area of its payment banking product. You will shape features by collaborating with clients, internal teams, and financial providers to ensure scalable, compliant money movement solutions.

You’ll work in an international, fast-paced environment, leveraging your 2–3+ years of product management experience and strong analytical and technical aptitude to deliver value across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2/3+ years of experience in Product Management with end-to-end lifecycle management from discovery to release.
• Knowledge of payments industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to become a subject matter expert in complex products.
• Technological curiosity and passion for product development.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the strategy and roadmap for a key area of the payment banking product.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and financial providers to translate requirements into capabilities.
