Synechron, a global digital transformation consulting firm, seeks a seasoned Financial Controller for its Paris Business Unit. You will lead finance governance, planning, and reporting for multinational clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring French GAAP compliance and strong performance management.

You will partner with Sales, Delivery and PMO leaders to optimize project economics, control costs, and drive profitability while managing Finance and PMO teams in a fast-paced international

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management within a French company.
• Strong experience in a Technology Consulting company (ESN).
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, KPI performance monitoring, and financial reporting.
• Experience managing external audits in multinational environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis for the Paris unit.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting cycles, and long-term financial planning.
• Monitor financial performance against plans; identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide insights to senior management to support decisions.
• Define and report KPIs including revenue, margins, and utilisation/billability.
• Coordinate accounting operations under French GAAP and group standards.
• Act as primary liaison with external auditors and drive audit processes.
• Lead Finance & PMO teams; drive governance and regional financial initiatives.
