Lam Research in Meylan, France seeks a Field Software / Service Engineer 4 to support on-site software activities and customer deployments throughout the installed base.

You will lead software installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and training, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless automation and excellent customer experience. Fluency in English and good French are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, Software or related field; 8+ years experience, or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Experience in semiconductor capital equipment or similar industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Drive equipment software installation, upgrades or troubleshooting.
• Coordinate CIP and improvement axes to boost equipment reliability.
• Develop technical solutions to complex problems.
• Manage customer meetings and drive project planning.
• Train Field Service Engineers on software specifics.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through KPI monitoring.
• Maintain Lam image and act as primary customer contact.
