Lam Research is seeking a Field Software / Service Engineer 4 to join our team in Meylan, France. You will be the software expert within Field Service, delivering on-site installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Lam equipment.

You will train peers, engage with customers, and help optimize equipment performance in a demanding automation environment. You will coordinate software solutions, work with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, Software or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years; or equivalent work experience.
• Previous semiconductor capital equipment industry is an advantage
• Reports systems installation performances through targeted KPI
• Travels might be required as well as support to multiple customers as needed

Responsabilités

• Lead project management for mid/long term goals and coordinate execution.
• Train and develop Field Service Engineers on software specifics.
• Manage customer satisfaction via KPI monitoring and proactive engagement.
• Direct customer interactions and coordinate meetings to align objectives.
