Signode is looking for an experienced Advanced Service Technician to deliver high-level technical support for equipment at customer sites and remotely. You will diagnose and resolve complex issues while providing guidance and training to field technicians.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, with strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. This role involves up to 70% travel across field, customer sites, and remote environments, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with industrial equipment, preferably Signode or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead/support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment on-site.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and customers.
• Deliver remote support via phone/email.
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with teams for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
