Harmattan AI is seeking a Field Deployment Lead to act as the on-site senior technical authority for deploying our autonomous defense systems. You will own end-to-end system functionality across hardware and software, lead a team of deployment engineers, and train customer teams toward operational autonomy.

The role requires strong systems expertise, hands-on integration experience, and the ability to coordinate with engineering, product, and programme teams in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field deployment, systems integration, or technical commissioning on enterprise-grade or complex electronics systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site deployment of technical systems from site survey through customer acceptance.
• Own end-to-end system functionality in the field across hardware and software.
• Guide and coordinate a team of Field Deployment Engineers on-site.
