Position and profile

• You have a good experience in Executive Search and you want to join an entrepreneurial firm, or
• You are a business developer with a strong experience in Leadership Roles and you are attracted to the Executive Search,

You want to work in an international context with multi-cultural sensitivities.

You are fluent in English & French.

You want to have the main following responsibilities:

• Develop a client portfolio for the international practices you are a member of
• Create and pursue an extensive network and executive contacts ideally with strategic and board levels
• Lead the preparation and presentation of pitches to all potential clients
• Manage the Executive search process with your Client, our internal Senior Research Associates and the Candidates.
• Assess and deliver high quality candidates with a cultural fit
• Facilitate the final process with the candidate and the company’s offer
