RAISE Summit, the AI summit for decision-makers, is seeking a Senior Event Manager to join the team in Paris. You will lead hands-on preparation for Signal Week and RAISE, coordinating operations, logistics, and security for large-scale events with international stakeholders.

The role requires prior hands-on management of very large events at the Palais des Congrès and the ability to collaborate across the Chain of Events team in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Business Events industry.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Be able to manage multiple tasks at one time on several projects.
• Expected training and experience.
• Master’s degree in Event Industry or related field.
• Similar experience in the Event Industry.
• 5+ years experience required.

Responsabilités

• Support vendor management including catering, signage, booth construction, and tech setups.
• Coordinate and optimize the technical and logistical parts of the events.
• Collaborate with all Chain of Events team members.
• Ensure the administrative part is realized (quotes, purchase orders and invoices).
• Contribute to the global budget management.
• Manage on-site logistics and external teams for exhibitors.
• Check and guarantee conformity of execution with schedules and orders.
• Anticipate and solve various technical and/or logistical topics.
• Evaluate suppliers and prepare the debriefing.
• Control budget commitments, payments and closing of accounts.

The 2026 edition at the Carrousel du Louvre featured Mark Cuban, Yann LeCun, and Nelson Griggs (Nasdaq). The week extends well beyond the main stage: the Versailles AI Gala at the Orangerie of the Château de Versailles, the RAISE Hackathon, and RAISE the STAKES, the startup competition that drew 1,100+ applications in 2026.
• MACHINA Summit is Europe's leading event dedicated to Physical AI — intelligence that acts on the real world through humanoids, industrial robotics, autonomous systems, and next‑generation human–machine interfaces. Its inaugural 2026 edition brought together the labs building humanoids and the enterprises deploying robotics at scale, with speakers from Google DeepMind, Boston Dynamics, NVIDIA, 1X, Apptronik, and Agility Robotics. It is the fastest‑moving brand in the portfolio and the one with the most white space ahead of it.

In July 2026, all three brands were acquired by Hyve Group, the global B2B events organiser behind Fintech Meetup, HLTH, and Shoptalk. In July 2027, they will converge on the Palais des Congrès during the exact same week

About the role

The Chain Of Events team is growing and we are looking for a Senior Event Manager to join us asap!

This is a great experience for someone with a hands‑on attitude, willing to be part of a great entrepreneurial and international adventure.

Prior, hands‑on experience managing very large‑scale events at the Palais des Congrès is mandatory for this role.

What you will do

In collaboration with the Operations Team, your missions and activities will be:

Pre‑event :

• Support the team with vendor management, assisting with select service providers (e.g., catering, signage, booth construction, or technical setups).
• Coordinate and optimize the technical and logistical part of the events (RAISE, Machina, Signal and special events).
• Collaborate with all the Chain of Events team members.
• Ensure the administrative part is realized (quotes, purchase orders and invoices).
• Contribute to the global budget management.

During the event :

• Manage on‑site logistics (set up, opening & dismantling phases) for all services.
• Manage external teams and technical support for exhibitors.
• Check and guarantee the conformity of the execution with schedules and orders.
• Anticipate and find solutions to various technical and/or logistical topics.

Post‑event :

• Evaluate suppliers, prepare the debriefing.
• Control of budgetary commitments, payment, closing of accounts.

In summary:

You will be in charge of the operational preparation of Signal Week and RAISE You will be one of the technical, logistical and security contact for customers, suppliers and team onsite.
