Amazon is seeking a Senior Site Process Engineer to join the EU Process Engineering team in an onsite, non-shift rotation role with exposure to EU-level strategic initiatives. This senior position operates in a high-ambiguity environment where you’ll use your expertise and judgment to determine goals, inform decisions, and design long-term solutions.

You will lead cross-site initiatives across the EU, mentor junior team members, and drive continuous improvement with data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational role, or experience managing teams.
• Fluent English at C1 level or above.
• High proficiency in at least one Fulfillment process path (Curiosity silver/gold certification).

Responsabilités

• Lead process improvement initiatives by benchmarking site performance against network benchmarks.
• Coordinate EU-wide deployment of network initiatives across multiple sites.
• Mentor SMEs/SSMEs in lean methods and operational excellence.
• Lead cross-site Kaizens/Kaikaku and drive local EU innovations.
