Amazon is seeking a Senior Site Process Engineer to join the EU Process Engineering team in an onsite, non-shift rotation role. You will handle ambiguous initiatives, set goals, inform decisions, and design long-term solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational role or managing teams.
• Fluent English (C1 level or above).
• Lean certification (Yellow Belt or higher) preferred; certification within 12 months if missing.
• Experience as SSME within your region.

Responsabilités

• Lead process improvement by comparing site performance against network benchmarks.
• Lead weekly performance reviews with site leadership as Cost Champion.
• Conduct deep dives and present findings to senior leadership.
• Leverage AI and analytics to provide granular insights and reduce cognitive load.
