Workday, Inc. in France is seeking an AI Deployment Architect to design end-to-end AI transformations for our most complex customers, linking Sana Enterprise AI, Native AI Agents, and the Agent Builder Platform to deliver measurable ROI for HR, Finance, and IT leaders.

You will act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, lead functional workstreams, and ensure AI solutions are usable, ethical, scalable, and aligned with adoption goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years designing or delivering AI-enabled or analytics-driven solutions in an enterprise context.
• 5+ years in enterprise software consulting or functional implementation with multi-country/multi-unit projects.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Design comprehensive AI-enabled solutions and translate capabilities into business value and adoption plans.
• Lead functional workstreams including requirements, process design, data readiness, and UX considerations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feedback field insights and influence AI agent evolution.
• Ensure AI use cases are supported by proper data models, security, and integration patterns.
