Air Liquide France Industrie is seeking a seasoned project manager to provide support in managing all project activities and resources within Air Liquide policies, contract commitments and requirements.

You will participate in the proposal phase, set up the project organization, coordinate with technical, procurement, quality and manufacturing teams, manage and report KPIs, and ensure safety and compliance throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering is required.
• 7+ years in engineering, design, project management, finance or procurement.
• 2+ years in project management in engineering.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.

Responsabilités

• Participate to the proposal phase for the elaboration of the technical solution, the establishment of the cost sheet and the preparation and negotiation of the main contracts.
• Set-up the project organization: scope of work, channels of communication, execution strategy, team coordination.
• Coordinate internally: with Technical teams, with Procurement (follow-up Procurement plan, incl. pre-ordering when applicable), with Quality control team, with manufacturing.
• Manage, report to Projects Execution Group Manager and deliver the Project Key Indicators.
• Ensure the company procedures and safety requirements are implemented during the project execution.
• Organize and issue project capitalization and reports.
