Air Liquide is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Project Engineering team in Charenton-le-Pont. You will coordinate across departments and external partners to ensure timely, compliant delivery of engineering deliverables within budget and schedule.

The role requires a Master’s degree in engineering, a strong technical background and 5+ years in engineering, including at least 1 year with Air Liquide Technology engineering.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; Master level preferred.
• Good technical background with construction experience.
• 5+ years in engineering, including at least 1 year with Air Liquide Technology engineering.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Project Engineers and coordinate with multiple departments and external partners.
• Ensure competency, procedures, and resources are in place for the center.
• Deliver engineering deliverables by allocating resources and monitoring performance.
• Define organization, processes, and methods; ensure quality manuals and procedures are followed.
• Manage workloads, training, overtime, and maintain productivity and work-life balance.
• Contribute to project execution with final review of man-hours, quantities, and cost estimates.
• Set department objectives and budgets; represent discipline to management, clients, vendors and projects.
• Identify and qualify new vendors and subcontractors.
