Air Liquide is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Engineering to support the proposal phase, cost sheet preparation and contract negotiations. The role includes setting up project organization, coordinating with technical, procurement, quality control and manufacturing teams, and delivering project KPIs.

You will ensure adherence to Air Liquide procedures and safety requirements during execution, and organize capitalization and reporting of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering.
• 7+ years working experience in the related fields of engineering, design, project management, finance or procurement.
• 2 years experience of project management in engineering.
• Strong organization and capacity to manage several projects in parallel.

Responsabilités

• Participate to the proposal phase for the elaboration of the technical solution, the establishment of the cost sheet and the preparation and negotiation of the main contracts;
• Set-up the project organization: scope of work, channels of communication, execution strategy, team coordination;
• Coordinate internally: with Technical teams, with Procurement (follow-up Procurement plan, incl. pre-ordering when applicable), with Quality control team, with manufacturing;
• Manage, report (to Projects Execution Group Manager) and deliver the Project Key Indicators;
• Ensure the company procedures and safety requirements are implemented during the project execution.
• Organize and issue project capitalization and reports.
