Qualifications

• 10+ years experience and registered PE license.
• Special Inspector License required.
• Hands-on, willing to climb roofs and crawl in tight spaces.

The Senior Engineer will oversee consulting projects in the following areas : - Structural Inspections - Reserve Studies - Water Intrusion Investigation - Property Turnover Surveys - Concrete Restoration - Painting and Waterproofing - Asset Life cycle Analysis (ROI) - Property Conditions Surveys - Asphalt Pavement Evaluations - Drainage, Erosion, and Settlement - Roof Consulting & Design - Expert Witness Services - Seawalls & Retaining Walls - Building Sciences - Project Management - Building Envelope - (O.A.R.) Services - Milestone Inspections Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.

• BS Civil or Structural Engineering with 10+ years experience and registered PE license - Special Inspector License Required - Must have experience with managing projects independently and leading a team - Must have experience in a minimum of three of the following areas : building sciences, roof consulting, forensic engineering, concrete restoration, commercial waterproofing, capital reserve studies, building facades and fenestration - Must BE hands on and willing to climb roofs, crawl in tight spaces, etc. - Must have the ability to communicate efficient and affectively orally and written with other staff members and clients
