Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager for its Commercial Business Consulting practice in Life Sciences. You’ll lead end-to-end, complex, global engagements, build senior client relationships, and guide multi-project teams to successful outcomes.

You will drive budgets and bids, contribute to brand-building, and help develop internal IP to maintain Veeva’s leadership in the industry. A strong track record in GTM and product launches is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Proven and recognised expertise in Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, Segmentation and targeting, as well as the broader Life Sciences industry.
• A highly analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Strategic Delivery: Act as the end-to-end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large-scale, and global engagements.
• Account Leadership: Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins and driving long-term account strategy.
• People Leadership: Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects simultaneously, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as the primary point of contact for project health and commercial success.
• Practice Building: Support brand-building activities and the development of internal IP to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the forefront of the industry.
