Veeva Systems in Paris seeks an Engagement Manager for its R&D Business Consulting practice. You will transform how clients work with Technology, Data, and AI to accelerate patient access and improve operating models.

You will lead global, high-impact engagements, build senior relationships, and guide teams of consultants. A strong track record in Life Sciences consulting and C-suite influence is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management)
• Experience leading large project teams and $1M+ engagements
• Strong ability to influence C-suite stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery on Veeva’s most complex, large-scale engagements
• Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins and long-term account strategy
• Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as the primary point of contact for project health and commercial success
• Support brand-building activities and development of internal IP
