Veeva Systems is seeking a Consultant for its Commercial Business Consulting practice in France. You will lead end-to-end workstreams, applying Life Sciences domain knowledge to transform customer operating models with Veeva’s data and AI-driven solutions.

You will mentor Associates, contribute to business development, and help grow the consulting practice globally within a fast-growing, remote-friendly team. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven expertise in GTM strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel, or Segmentation.
• Analytical rigor with quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
• Strong communication to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Master Class pathway available with 3–5 years Life Sciences experience or advanced degree.

Responsabilités

• Lead project workstreams from end to end delivering high-quality customer solutions.
• Solve complex Life Sciences problems using Veeva data and software insights.
• Mentor Associate Consultants and oversee work within the stream.
• Contribute to business development and internal IP growth.
