Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead customer-facing programs in the Pharmaceutical Commercial space. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver deployment roadmaps, drive product adoption, and manage success across Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in large-scale program management within the Pharmaceutical Commercial space (Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing).
• Consulting experience across multiple functional areas for enterprise pharma clients.
• Proven executive communication skills and ability to influence at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery accountability for Veeva’s Commercial product line at a major customer.
• Partner with customer leadership, IT, and stakeholders to define deployment and transformation roadmaps.
• Establish post-deployment application management and coordinate success activities.
• Support proposals and contract negotiations for services.
• Coordinate Customer Success Manager activities to drive product value and adoption.
• Coordinate Product Management and Product Support activities.
