Job summary

Indefi, a fast-growing strategy consulting firm, seeks a Senior Engagement Manager / Principal for London (and Paris) to lead international projects across strategic topics and drive growth.

You will own multi-workstream engagements, set high standards for deliverables, coach teams, and leverage AI tools to enhance quality, while building client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in strategy consulting or related senior roles.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-workstream engagements.
• Deep expertise in investment management industry (asset management/wealth).
• Strong written and oral communication with executive presence.
• Demonstrated people leadership and coaching of teams.
• Commercial mindset with ability to grow client relationships.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, with international project exposure.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance consulting work.

Responsibilities

• Structure client problems, set analytical agenda, and apply expertise.
• Own project delivery across multiple engagements, ensuring quality and timing.
• Lead senior client presentations and steering committees.
