Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in senior management roles within banking, insurance, or related consulting environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills across senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience in IT services or Business/IT Consulting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across client organizations.
• Develop and execute account plans focused on revenue growth, profitability, and expansion.
• Identify opportunities, buying centers, and service areas within existing accounts.
• Lead opportunity qualification, pursuits, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Collaborate with delivery, consulting, solution, finance, and legal teams to develop client propositions.
• Manage commercial activities including contracts, SOWs, collections, and escalations.
• Drive client satisfaction and position Infosys as a strategic partner.
