With a strong background in business analysis and AI, you will design strategies, build business cases, manage stakeholders, and help transition solutions into production, while collaborating across hubs and delivering measurable productivity gains.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years leading business analysis using AI for end-to-end process transformation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client focus.
• Fluent in English and French.

• Deliver engagements under the guidance of an Engagement Manager or Principal Consultant, ensuring timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build business cases and design AI-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and transition AI solutions into production.
• Contribute to Allianz Consulting internal initiatives.
