SingulierSingulier, in partnership with OMMAX, seeks an Engagement Manager - Business & AI Transformation to lead complex transformation engagements for clients facing strategic, operational and organizational challenges across France and the UK. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to translate business needs into high-impact initiatives, guiding teams and ensuring measurable value delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in strategy, digital, product, technology or business transformation consulting.
• Proven ability to lead complex transformation programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in both French and English; strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience translating business needs into transformation roadmaps and actionable delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation engagements from framing through execution and closing.
• Structure the problem, define the overall approach, and organise the engagement into clear workstreams.
• Translate business challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps and concrete delivery plans.
• Manage client relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders; facilitate workshops and align across teams.
• Coach consultants and analysts; contribute to proposals and business development.
