Jobtailor is seeking an Editorial Manager for our streaming content platform in Paris. You will curate content, brief visuals with the artwork team, and oversee editorial workflows to keep our platform engaging and up-to-date.

Collaborating across content teams, you will manage metadata, monitor audience data, and craft editorial copy for newsletters and on-site features, ensuring consistency with the editorial strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in editorial management on a streaming platform or equivalent digital environment
• Strong writing skills and excellent command of digital copy and tone
• Knowledge of digital culture conventions and the challenges of content platforms
• Familiarity with video editing and graphic design (Adobe, Photoshop)
• Comfortable with project management and quick adoption of new tools
• Ability to understand complex processes within a structured data model
• Full professional proficiency in French, written and spoken (primary working language, mandatory)

Responsabilités

• Editorial curation of content
• Brief and approve promotional visuals with the artwork team
• Populate and update metadata in back-office systems
• Manage editorial activity on the platform
• Update content assortments on cross-category pages in line with the editorial strategy
• Communicate editorial actions across the team
• Monitor audience and traffic data to adjust editorial decisions
• Select programming highlights and propose event-driven newsletters
• Write associated editorial content
• Ensure the end-to-end editorial setup of newsletters
