Fever is seeking an experienced Editorial Executive to lead content for our media outlets as we expand into new markets. Reporting to the VP of Media, you will manage editors, writers, video producers, and social media creatives to uphold high editorial standards and drive growth.

You’ll own strategy for the French and Belgian markets, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and build audience growth initiatives and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in newsroom, content agency, or digital media.
• Proven leadership with at least 2 years managing editors and writers.
• Fluent English and native/bilingual French.
• Strong writing, editing, and editorial branding skills.
• Experience with content strategy, social media, and partnerships.
• Knowledge of media landscape and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead content creation for French and Belgian markets.
• Manage editors, writers, and video/social teams with clear workflows.
• Define and execute a creative vision for the network.
• Maintain high editorial standards aligned to brand voice.
• Grow audiences and expand formats across cities.
• Analyze city data to inform strategy and partnerships.
• Coordinate editorial work across Fever departments.
• Translate business objectives into content strategies for revenue.
• Build a content-driven conversion funnel.
