Jobtailor is seeking a social media intern in the Île-de-France region to help define and execute the company’s social media strategy. You will identify relevant platforms and establish an editorial calendar while contributing to video content creation and editing for formats like Shorts and Reels.

The role requires a current study focus in communications or digital marketing, a passion for short-form video, and proficiency in CapCut/Premiere/FInal Cut. A proactive, creative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Currently studying communication, digital marketing, audiovisual production or a related field.
• Interest in social media and short-form video.
• Good understanding of TikTok / Instagram / YouTube Shorts conventions.
• Creative, autonomous and proactive.
• Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Define the social media communication strategy.
• Identify the most relevant platforms (reach, views, growth potential).
• Establish an editorial calendar.
• Participate in video content creation (filming, concepts, educational formats).
• Perform video editing (shorts, Reels, TikTok…).
• Optimize posts (SEO, hashtags, titles, hooks).
• Analyze performance and propose improvements.
• Contribute to personal branding development.
