WON is seeking a senior designer to craft high-conversion experiences and premium, behavior-driven interfaces for premium DTC brands. You will own the full customer journey from acquisition to retention, collaborating with the VP of Design to implement AI-native design systems and automated asset workflows.

Applicants should have 5+ years in digital design, a strong ecommerce background, mastery in Figma, and a portfolio that demonstrates modern, premium work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital design experience with ecommerce focus.
• Premium, non-template portfolio demonstrating high-end work.
• Mastery in Figma and design systems development.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Claude Design, Figma MCP) is a plus.
