Veepee is seeking a UX/UI Designer for its Growth Marketing team. You will execute the UX vision for the Veepee front experience and optimize the customer journey across all Veepee sites by analyzing user paths and metrics.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Business and Tech teams to deliver coherent experiences across devices, contribute to the Design System, and push high-traffic platforms to perform better while staying user-centered.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in an e-commerce environment.
Proactive, organized and autonomous in moving projects forward.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce universe, particularly high-traffic platforms.
Results-oriented with the ability to identify and improve process weaknesses.
Comfortable collaborating with IT, Data Science, Legal and Finance.
Fluent English is a must; international experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

Deliver the UX/UI front vision for all Veepee sites and apps in collaboration with marketing, business and Tech teams.
Ensure a flawless and coherent user experience across all devices.
Contribute to performance improvements by monitoring defined KPIs and business value.
Propose best practices and innovative solutions for flash sales challenges.
Contribute to development and maintenance of the group Design System.
