EverAI is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join a fully remote design team shaping the future of AI companionship. You will lead end-to-end design across multiple surfaces, from conversational experiences to monetization flows, collaborating with Product, Engineering and Leadership to deliver high-quality user experiences.

You’ll contribute ideas, iterate quickly, and navigate AI-driven product challenges with strong judgment, technical fluency, and a bias toward impact while maintaining

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products.
• Excellent product thinking and interaction design.
• Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools.
• Strong prototyping skills and choosing appropriate fidelity.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• High design taste and visual judgment.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• High ownership and decision-making ability.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery.
• Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive experiences.
• Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives.
• Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale.
• Create and iterate on visual content (image + video) to support product exploration and growth.
• Contribute original product ideas and concepts.
• Identify opportunities beyond the brief and shape new features.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to drive outcomes.
