Veepee is seeking a UX/UI Designer for its Growth Marketing team to execute the UX vision for the front experience and optimize the customer journey across all Veepee sites.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Business and Tech teams, contribute to the Design System, and pursue measurable improvements in KPI performance.

Fluent English is required and international experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of UX/UI design in ecommerce.
• Proactive, organized, autonomous.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms with high daily traffic.
• Results-oriented with ability to improve processes.
• Comfortable collaborating with IT, Data Science, Legal, and Finance.
• Fluent level of English.
• International experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the UX/UI front vision for all Veepee sites and apps in collaboration with marketing, business, and Tech teams.
• Ensure a flawless and coherent user experience across all devices.
• Contribute to the performance improvement of Veepee platforms by monitoring defined KPIs and business value.
• Propose best practices and innovative solutions to address ecommerce challenges, specifically the flash sales model.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the group Design System.
• Work closely with Business and Product Tech teams to design UX/UI solutions balancing business and technical constraints.
• Maintain high-quality deliveries and stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends and innovations.
