Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a leader in clinical next-generation sequencing to recruit a Senior Director, Commercial for the EMEA region based in France. The role is remote with substantial regional influence and international travel to support customers and teams.

You will shape regional sales strategies across clinical oncology, translational research and applied clinical markets, build high-performing teams, and establish pricing, forecasting and commercial excellence processes to drive

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership experience in healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience in clinical molecular diagnostics or NGS preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical oncology and translational research markets.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional commercial strategy for EMEA clinical NGS.
• Drive revenue, margin and market share targets across markets.
• Lead forecasting, pricing and commercial excellence initiatives.
• Build strategic relationships with C-level customers and key opinion leaders.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, medical affairs, marketing, and finance.
• Expand market opportunities in oncology, translational research and applied clinical markets.
• Manage performance reviews, pipeline and year-over-year growth.
