Axway is seeking a Senior Director, Cloud Operations to own the global cloud health of our SaaS platforms. You will lead a geographically distributed team across EMEA and other regions, ensuring end-to-end incident readiness and service reliability.

In this executive role, you will drive SLA governance, incident management, and continuous improvement through AIOps, automation, and scalable architectures. Join us to shape resilient cloud operations, partner with product, engineering and security,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure and operations.
• 4–5 years in senior leadership (Director or VP) managing multi-region teams.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure at scale.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, microservices, IaC, CI/CD.
• Experience operating observability platforms in production.
• Proven incident management leadership with P1 war rooms.
• Proven ability to scale global ops across geographies.
• Ability to align product, engineering, and security around priorities.

Responsabilités

• Own SLA/SLR performance and reporting for Axway cloud environments.
• Lead incident command for P1/P2 events and drive post-incident reviews.
• Build and scale a 24x7 global on-call model.
• Lead COR team leaders and regional operations managers.
• Drive AIOps adoption and automation to shorten MTTR.
• Collaborate with Cloud Activation, Cloud Security Operations, and governance.
