Axway is seeking an experienced Data Engineering & AI Manager to lead a growing IS Data Services team in courbevoie. You will own the enterprise data platform, drive AI capabilities, and ensure scalable, secure architectures aligned with governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale data platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a multicultural, international data and AI engineering team.
• Own and evolve the enterprise data platform and pipelines to ensure scalability and security.
• Drive AI/ML capabilities and robust MLOps practices within data products.
• Plan and prioritize work with Product Owners and Project Managers; balance new initiatives with tech debt.
• Oversee full lifecycle delivery with DataOps standards (CI/CD, testing, documentation).
• Ensure production stability through monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IS teams (Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow) for alignment and governance.
• Ensure governance and compliance across all data solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and introduce new tools and practices.
