Axway is seeking a Senior Director, Cloud Operations to lead the global cloud infrastructure and operations for SaaS and managed platforms. You will own incident management, 24x7 resilience, and cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and security.

This leader will drive AIOps adoption, automation, and observability, while shaping a high-performing, globally distributed COR team across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure and operations, with leadership experience.
• Proven SLA-driven cloud operations for SaaS or managed services.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure at scale.
• Strong background in Kubernetes, containers, and IaC.
• Experience operating observability platforms in production.

Responsabilités

• Own global SLA/SLR performance across cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Lead incident command for P1/P2 events and post-incident reviews.
• Build a scalable, 24x7 global operations organization across regions.
• Translate data into business narratives for C-suite and customers.
• Drive AIOps adoption, automation of runbooks, and observability maturity.
